Abstract

Data regarding socio-economic conditions is needed to provide an overview of development achievements and can also be used by policy makers to evaluate development programs. Data related to people's living needs such as clothing, food, shelter, education, health and access to information technology is needed to find out how far development results have reached all levels of society.
